Orders are sent only to the address provided at checkout.
If you’ve entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. We’ll try our best to correct it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is placed.
We are not liable for parcels lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect address details.
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
an incorrect address,
failure to receive or collect it, or
any other issue,
We will notify you and offer to repost the item. However, you will be required to pay the applicable shipping fee:
Singapore orders: $2.99
International orders: Shipping fee varies and will be calculated accordingly.
Note: If your parcel is delivered to a nearby collection point due to your unavailability, this is considered a successful delivery. No refunds will be issued if the parcel is not collected on time.
No refunds (including shipping fees) will be issued for parcels undelivered due to address errors or failed collection.
If a parcel is lost, we do not issue refunds, but we will resend the parcel, whether or not the courier accepts a claim.
It is your responsibility to be aware of and pay any customs/import duties in your country.
We are not liable for:
Delays caused by customs,
Customs clearance failure,
Or additional fees imposed.
If the item is returned due to unpaid fees, and it arrives back in resellable condition, we may offer a partial refund, minus:
Initial shipping fee,
Return shipping fee,
25% restocking fee.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, no full refunds will be issued under these conditions.
We are not responsible for changes in:
Texture, shape, or melting (especially during warm weather),
Fragile item breakage (e.g., freeze-dried sweets).
These are natural risks when shipping food products and do not affect taste or safety. No refunds will be issued for:
Melted chocolate,
Crushed packaging,
Or broken sweets that are still edible.
In rare cases of excessive damage during transit, we reserve the right to issue a replacement, not a refund.
All shipping estimates are courier-provided and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
COVID-19,
Strikes,
Peak seasons, etc.
No refunds will be issued for delays outside of our control.
Please provide a residential address, not a PO/APO Box.
Entering a PO Box may delay dispatch.
If an invalid address is provided and causes failed delivery, no refund will be issued.
If the order is delayed due to correction of a PO Box, cancellation fees apply if you choose to cancel.
Singapore Orders: 1–3 working days
International Orders: 1–7 working days
Note: We dispatch orders Monday–Saturday. Sundays and Public Holidays are not counted as working days.
We aim to stay within these timelines. During peak seasons, slight delays may occur — but rest assured, we ship with fast, reliable couriers.
